An outbreak of mpox cases in the Chicago area is being looked at this week by the CDC and regional partners.  Judge Rules Transgender Woman Accused Of Flashing Penis At Ohio YMCA Is 'Too Fat' For Her Genitals To Show, Finding Her Not Guilty The judge presiding over the case determined that the transgender woman was simply "too fat" for her genitals to display, and thus found her not guilty of indecent exposure. She is accused of flashing her penis inside a female locker room at an Ohio YMCA. According to reports, Judge David McNamee of Xenia County, Ohio, decided that Rachel Glines, a transgender woman who used to go by the name Darren before the year 2021, did not engage in indecent exposure earlier this year while she was in a female locker room at the Xenia YMCA. In February, it was first reported that Glines was charged with three charges of indecent exposure after witnesses allegedly told women, including minors, that they saw a "naked man" with a visible penis in the women's restroom.
